Why bother with Klout?

Social media has now become more important than most would think...especially when looking for a job. The resume is still first and foremost, although, more and more companies are now looking into a person's social reputation and influence as well. Klout is a very important way to build and track these social ratings. The resume will not be replaced by programs like this but they have become very important in how a company rates and evaluates their job candidates.
